Which is best for me? Individual or group coaching? Hmmmm. Both!
Both are coaching for Turbo Thinkers and both are a magical and transformational experience where ADHD strengths are included as a backdrop for dynamic performance.
While there are certainly educational components, neither option is a class bound by curriculum. An integration of ADHD traits viewed through the lens of neuroscience, creates abundant space for you to use newfound strengths in successfully harnessing the power of your unique turbo-charged brain.
Of course, with individual coaching, the entire session focuses only on you. With the group, however, we gain the calm and confidence generated by a shared experience. The participants in your cohort support and encourage each other. We celebrate wins, overcome challenges and hold each other accountable to follow through. Because we are all equally committed to the growth process, we candidly share our stories in this safe and welcoming space, while pushing through limiting beliefs to envision and step into greater stories for ourselves.
Together we get to design a better reality for increased well being. We feel better about ourselves while improving our ability to self regulate. We develop a shared language of awareness, identifying our needs and the courage to ask for them to be met. We wonder, “Who is the person you get to be?” And then go for it! With a collaborative team, you get to figure out where you want to go in life, map out your journey, and bring along friends for the ride, to sing and laugh with you along the way.
