Solidify Your New Years' Goals BEFORE January

When a Turbo Thinker finds an idea which she finds interesting, she will land on it and hyper focus like nobody’s business. She will find herself in a state of flow, in that sweet spot between ease and just enough challenge. She will have no notion of time passing or events taking place around her. She will remain there in a state of deep and brilliant creativity, tapping into both her intelligence and her intuition. She will feel one with the universe, connected to a higher power with energy flowing in abundance.

Aaah. Wouldn’t it be amazing to feel like that all of the time? Or at least as often as possible? How could you find yourself, allow yourself even, to be in a state of flow and still meet the expectations and obligations of the outside world? Do you even know what activities will get you there? What does your brain need to work at its highest potential, allowing you to generate the ideas and follow through to execute them? What would be possible if you could make that happen in 2020?

Now is a good time to plant that seed and start thinking about opportunities. What went well for you in 2019? What were you able to accomplish? What did you enjoy doing most? Celebrate the successes you experienced. What would you like to repeat? What would you like to improve? What was missing? What do you need to be your best self? To live your life according to your purpose?

The process of setting New Year’s resolutions for Turbo Thinkers goes way deeper than simply a few practical goals. Lose 20 pounds, move to a better house, become financially secure, be nicer to my partner, watch less TV… None of these will ever stick if they are not tied to your intrinsic motivation. How do they support your life’s purpose? How do they help you get into and remain in a state of flow as often as possible? That should be your objective. That will make 2020 a banner year for you and for all of us. Because when a Turbo Thinker finds her flow, she can shift the cosmos.
