But first, an important disclaimer: We’re not here to “fix” your brain. You got to where you are because you’re a Turbo Thinker© — and that’s an asset. We’re here to work with your brain and craft a practice that’s authentic to you.
With Turbo Think Tank, you’ll gain the confidence and insight that comes from a shared experience with 8-10 brilliant adults with incredible professional lives — they want more authenticity, fulfillment, and purpose.
The participants in your cohort support and encourage each other, celebrating wins, overcoming challenges, and holding each other accountable. Because we are all equally committed to the growth process, we candidly share our stories in this safe and welcoming space, while pushing past limiting beliefs to envision and step into greater stories for ourselves.
Together we design a better reality for increased well being. We feel better about ourselves while improving our ability to self-regulate. We develop a shared language of awareness, identifying our needs and building the courage to ask for them to be met. We wonder, “Who is the person I get to be?” — and then go for it! With a collaborative team cheering you on, you’ll figure out where you want to go in life, map out your journey, and bring along newfound friends for the ride.
What you can expect in your 10 weeks of support, coaching, collaboration, and connection:
60-minute group coaching sessions via Zoom
Turbo Thinker© challenge of the week: What is going on in the brain?
Live laser coaching in each session on a volunteer basis, culminating in awareness and action steps
Each participant's commitment to action for the week, with accountability plan
Sharing wins of the week and exploring keys to success
Identifying personal situations where your turbo brain affects your home or work life
Slack group as a communication tool between sessions for encouragement, accountability check-ins, and sharing strategies, tools, and articles
