How Can You Make a Difference Right Now?

Before action, there must be thought. Turbo thinkers tend to be an impulsive bunch, so how can you pause to think before you act?

How can you choose the most appropriate and effective action? Turbo thinkers tend to struggle with decision-making, so how can you reflect on what action would be most aligned to your objective?

Before you know your objective, there must be introspection. Turbo thinkers tend to get hung up on other people’s standards and expectations. How can you identify your own personal core values? Only from there, can you ask, “What is my purpose?”

How do you want to live? How do you make that happen? How do you model the behavior you expect in others?

Knowing that your purpose is unique, how can you practice empathy and compassion for others? Especially knowing that their purpose and core values are most likely different from yours?

With compassion and empathy, how can you seek to engage with others? How can you communicate with a completely open mind, with wonder and curiosity, to better understand others and to learn? Not to preach.

We are all unique and yet we are all interconnected. How can we come to fully know ourselves, approach one another with wonder, curiosity and acceptance, and recognize that our existence, and happiness, is deeply interconnected? How can you put this into practice on a daily basis? What can you do today?
